On June 13th 1990 in the humble city of North Bay, Ontario a one of a kind rhyme slinger was born; James “Mr.Face” Lamb was introduced to the world. Growing up alongside his brother and sister, also being raised by the strength of a single mother, it wasn’t always the easiest and most glamorous lifestyle his mother intended for them. From the constant moving of cities to the struggles of poverty and living from cheque to cheque. “Mr.Face” always wanted more for himself and his mother, so he had many big aspirations and dreams that he hope to fulfill.\r \r At the tender age of 16 he began is continuous journey into the realm of Hip Hop by penning his thoughts and feelings. Music wasn’t a major priority in his life at this time, as he was constantly getting himself into all sorts of trouble. He was doing everything from: skipping school, smoking a plentiful of marijuana and even getting involved in the selling aspect. After a year of mayhem in North Bay, by the age of 17, he decided it was time for a change and moved to Sarnia, Ontario. He set out to different city with a few friends and established is now intercontinentally known label E.F.R. (Easy Flow Records). After several disagreements over creative control, the original group disbanded and “Mr.Face” moved back to North Bay. Once he returned, he automatically began building with other local artists and started to take his craft more seriously. With his return to his hometown his talents flourished and he began an onslaught of live performances, releases of singles and even put out a well-received mix-tape. January 2010 was probably one the biggest years for “Mr.Face” and his career as he moved to Hamilton, Ontario to expand into a bigger Hip Hop market in Ontario. It was in Hamilton where he really began to shine on the local performance circuit and where he began to master his craft as an emcee. Finally in 2011, “Mr.Face” found a home in the rural city of Guelph, Ontario and this has become his final destination for now. He re-vamped his E.F.R. label and added the necessary pieces to complete his team. He has become a staple in the Hip Hop scene within North American making connection across the globe. With his new found alliances “Mr.Face” feels unstoppable release a plethora of music on the net. With a release of song or two a week and sometimes a song a day, he is sure to prove to the world that his work ethic is untouchable.
