The Hipsters are excited to announce their long awaited debut studio release, Love and Violence. Featuring songwriter/guitarists Reuben Sairs and Dick McEwen and the rhythm section of Irwin Anolik on drums and Jerry DelRosso on bass, the band is accessible but unique, combining many of the sub-genres that are part of this thing we call rock and roll into a sound all its own.

Hipster music is classic yet contemporary, discerning but danceable, political and personal. It is where the spiritual socializes with the secular, where the serious share space with the silly and the selfless and where love and violence tenuously coexist.
