Hawaii based songwriter/producer Lance Jyo's follow up to 2009's LA Honolulu Tokyo Re-visited CD. Pacific Rendezvous (Import) available for the first time out of Japan in its original double disc format, once again brings together a stellar group of musicians from LA, Nashville, Hawaii and Japan.......a true international effort.
Disc one titled "Mauka-Mountainside) features 11 brand new originals. The lead single, "The Best Is Yet To Come" written to commemorate Cool Sound Records 13th Anniversary features Jay Graydon & Bruce Gaitsch on guitars and three talented japanese vocalists, Kazutaka Ishii, Tetsuji Hayashi and Fukutomi Hideaki. Pacific Rendezvous also features Jyo's collaboration with German musician/producer Joerg Alfter on four tracks, "Tantalus 7 p.m.", "Falling", "If I Could" and "Marina". The latter featuring At Second Glance alumni Galen Takushi on english/japanese vocals. Takushi also contributes vocals on "Tropic Paradise." Lending haunting vocals on "All My Life" and "Crazy About You"
