This album is a story of two young men and their collision with art, truth, and the world around them. Struggling to find purpose and direction in an environment which only promotes slavery to pleasures and entertainment, these two young men find themselves dealing with the pressures of an unbelieving world by numbing their pain with sedatives. After being confronted with the truth of Jesus, which rocked them to their core, they began to focus their efforts in response to this grand truth. As a result of overflowing love and a compassion for others like them, they began to construct this album which not only expresses their love for hip hop and its roots but also a love for who ever may listen and be influenced by what they say. They take you on journeys which display the art of life, the joy of pain, and the truth and love that still exist in the world if we could silence the distortion. In hopes to reach the most unusual places they have launched this album out into the world and are prepared to be as transparent and genuine in their music as they are day to day.
