As a child, Divo was a gifted and creative artist with the ability to pick up a pencil and draw with striking accuracy. He was a fast learner with an inquisitive mind that constantly wondered how the world worked. To this day, nothing has changed. Divo has transformed himself into a multi-talented hip hop artist with four album releases including collaborations with Canada’s top rappers. He is also a motivated entrepreneur with an innate drive for success which has propelled his design firm, Artesano Studio, to become the creative agency of choice for some of Canada’s leading musicians. Most recently, Divo’s passion for the arts has compelled him to experiment with video production and photography.

His latest project, ”Transatlantic Soul,” is a collaboration with award-winning French producer, GMJ. The result is a cohesive fusion of head-nodding, soul-sampled beats intertwined with introspective and witty lyrics. The album won East Coast Rap Album of the Year at the 2016 Canadian Urban Television Awards.
