Keith “Alex J” Jordan, Jr is a Artist, Freelance Engineer, Mixer and Producer living in Kings Mountain, NC. From the age of 2, Alex J was exposed to music. He picked up playing the drums as a teenager and by the time he was a senior in high school he was producing and making beats. Completing a graduation project exposed him to the engineering side as well.

It didn’t take much for him to realize he enjoyed this side of music as much as making beats and writing songs. After high school, he left home to pursue that passion at a private college in Raleigh, NC called The Communications of Arts where he studied music engineering. This also unlocked doors to make several records with local artist in the surrounding area and in his hometown. The more he worked the more smitten he became and decided to advance his career to the full capacity.

With his sights keenly set on a career in the recording/audio engineer industry, Alex J enrolled in the Gat3 Recording Program in Charlotte, NC to further his knowledge. It is here, he studied under Grammy and Dove Award winning engineers Glenn Tabor and Wade Starns.

Now Alex J is dropping his own project called The Book of Romance. This Album is really for the lover's, for the grown and sexy, and for people thats looking for love. I hope you find it in The Book of Romance! Much Love!
