Despite the presence of a full-scale orchestra, the music boasts a personal touch all too rare in mainstream Hollywood composing. MCA's official soundtrack release clocks in at a too-brief-29 minutes, but it will have to do until a specialty movie music label gives Liar Liar the deluxe treatment it deserves.
