Wild Child presents: The Long Walk

Written, Recorded and Produced at MGC Estúdio, Curitiba-PR, Brazil, between August, 2016 and May, 2017, Wild Child's third album has 9 tracks those were developed in a brand new atmosphere. With radio approach songs, this album brings back the Hard Rock style to the band, mixing AOR with progressive music.
"We did a very road album. That's an album to put in the car sound system and take the road." - says Marcelo Gelbcke.

The thematic is based on a very positive reflection on the struggles we have in life and the lessons we learn.
"Those songs are very catchy and the lyrics have a very positive message." - says Felipe Souzza.

"The Long Walk" begins with "On The Edge of a Cliff", an instrumental song built based on the song themes and melodies we have on the entire album. Right after that, comes the single "We Fall" (coming out next month). Other highlights are the radio friendly "Forgive To Forget" and the epic and cinematic "Path Of Light".

Escrito, gravado e produzido no MGC Estúdio em Curitiba entre Agosto de 2016 e Maio de 2017, o terceiro disco da Wild Child é composto de 9 faixas, que variam dentro de uma nova atmosfera criada pela banda. Diferente de todos os trabalhos anteriores da banda, com músicas mais curtas e numa linha mais rádio, a longa caminhada traz novamente o Hard Rock ao som da banda. Misturado com elementos do AOR, sem deixar a veia progressiva tanto explorada na banda.
"Desta vez a gente quis fazer um disco agradável de ouvir, daqueles pra você colocar no carro enquanto viaja e aprecia a paisagem." - diz Marcelo Gelbcke.

A temática é uma reflexão muito positiva da banda sobre situações comuns que enfrentamos na nossa longa jornada da vida, como fé, perdão, esperança.
"As músicas são muito cativantes e as letras passam uma mensagem positiva para o ouvinte." - diz Felipe Souzza.

"The Long Walk" começa com "On The Edge of a Cliff", música instrumental baseada nos temas e melodias de todo o álbum. Logo em seguida, "We Fall", single do disco, a ser lançado no próximo mês. Temos alguns highlights, como a rádio friendly "Forgive To Forget" e o grand finale do álbum com a emocionante e cinemática "Path Of Light".
