The Mark is the first solo album from Los Angeles based musician Matt Dean. The album was recorded in Dallas, Tx with the assistance of producer and engineer Jeff Halbert as well as notable and local studio musicians. Bill Flanagan, EVP/Editorial Director of MTV Networks and author of U2 at the End of the World calls the album "A muscular take on 80's British dance rock."
